Shipping policy

By making a purchase through this website, you agree to the shipping terms outlined here. These terms exist to ensure mutual understanding regarding our fulfillment process.

Shipping Lead Times-

Please allow up to 5 business days for processing. Orders placed during weekends or holidays may require additional time. Astro Tactical is a small, veteran-owned business, and our team is dedicated to quality while balancing production with demand.

Carrier Issues-

If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, contact us immediately. While we cannot control the carriers, we will assist you in filing a claim and resolving the issue to the best of our ability.

Undeliverable/Rejected Packages-

If an order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will issue a refund once the package is received. If a customer rejects a package without prior approval, a 15% restocking fee may be applied, and shipping charges may be deducted from the refund.

Tracking Number Issues-

If tracking does not update within 2–3 business days, please notify us. We will investigate with the carrier. If not delivered after 10 business days, the shipment will be treated as lost/stolen and eligible for a claim.

Cancellations-

Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, cancellations may be subject to a 15% restocking fee

Return Policy

Contact us before returning any items to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Returns must be properly packaged and include the RMA slip. Once received, please allow 5–10 business days for refund processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

We stand behind the quality of every part we manufacture. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy on all products—no questions asked—as long as the item is unmodified, unused, and in its original condition.

Eligibility for Return:

-Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date

-Products must be uninstalled, unmodified, and free from damage or wear

-All original packaging and components must be included

Non-Returnable Items:

-Any part showing signs of use, tampering, or physical modification

-Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or abuse

-Custom orders or limited-run products (unless defective)

How to Start a Return: To begin a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and a return label if eligible.

Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method once we’ve inspected the item. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after receipt.
